Special Notice:
Order confirmation requires an advance payment of 120 BDT (Delivery Charge) via bKash. This is mandatory for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Age Restriction
Our store contains products that are age-restricted. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Dhaka Windows. We reserve the right to verify age before shipping.
3. Order & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. For COD orders, the 120 BDT advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled after shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days across Bangladesh. However, delivery times may vary based on external logistics and region.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving the product. Replacement will be provided after investigation.
